Refund and cancellation policy

We do believe in helping our clients and supporters in the best ways possible to achieve better support and it does become eminent to consider refund fairing on certain conditions  to help things become better for everyone.

To cope with such techniques, to make sure the right balance works for all and to make sure that you contribute and be our partners to stand for long run, we present our refund and cancellation  policy to count and get you a perfect idea about it.

Refund policy

To start with general terms where refund is possible, if you have contributed to  an ascertained project and you feel that you need to change the plan to use it  for any reason or wish to drag back, then it's better to update at the earliest so the process of refund can be easy at the start of the project.

IN case you have been involved with general donation to any infrastructure or other such type of  project and you want to get your money back even after the start of the project, then it might not be possible to refund you back in already enrolled projects as they are active and have to be completed by your  generous contributions for social  causes.

However if by any means we have to close or stop the project midway and you may demand for a refund, then we can subducate its arrangement on the basis of the ways by which such a project has affected your connection with us and can stay as long as it can as better partners at work.

However no influence, role of position or infiltration is going to work in such a process, rules of refunding should be cleared and they should be reversed for any specific party and should be enforced within order to continue the process.

Cancellation

There are also certain conditions in  which refund can be cancelled from our side, these may be those which affect the entire  process or not accepted in such  norms where we would have to cancel availing such refunds to you and it can’t be revoked in any situation.

Firstly there is a certain deadline to ask for a refund, if you apply out of bounds of such a time limit that may be maximum up to 15 days, then we may have to cancel your request for a refund and adjust with it.

IN other cases if we find that your motive to ask for a refund is not valid, it is due to your lack of interest in the project and it is found on  certain grounds that it is not legitimate, then we may have to cancel your request with due notification.

In other situations, if there is an issue from your side on not explaining the exact reason to request for, there is a sign which suggests that it is done under influence of any other party then it may be possible that we have to cancel  your request for a refund.

Process of notification

All methods to consider for refund have to be done via communication to our seniors , partners and with due presence or party to consider core values so it can be arranged with actual statements.

Similar to cancelling refunds, we should send you an official message via communication or notify you so it can be clear on what level or grounds it has been cancelled and it gives you  ample amount to think on your contributions too.
