Smile and success foundation is a development-scheme oriented Ngo generally located in Uttarakhand which supports the ideology of rural development and promotes the goal to achieve it through sustainable and cultural growth for harmony of all. We generally believe that the contribution of people in a larger scale community based approach and efforts by people stays in the centre of its practice and influence.
